JERRY COWIN
INTERIM PASTOR
We are delighted to welcome Pastor Jerry Cowin back to our congregation as our Interim Pastor. Pastor Jerry previously held the position of Senior Pastor here from 1986 to 1989 before answering God’s call to serve as a missionary in Brazil. With nearly six decades of marriage, he and his wife have dedicated their entire lives to serving the Lord in various capacities, whether as pastor or missionary. Pastor Jerry officially retired in 2008, yet his unwavering commitment to ministry has led him to continue assisting churches in their spiritual journey as needed.
JENNIFER PIERCE
WORSHIP/MUSIC LEADER
Jennifer, has been a member of First Baptist Church of St. Clair since 2001. She has had a lifelong passion for singing, starting as young as four. She’s led various church choirs and stepped into the role of interim worship leader in 2016. When not leading worship, she homeschools her six children and is involved in the Good News Club at the Elementary School and a local homeschool co-op.
TINA STARKS
SECRETARY AND CUSTODIAL CARE
Tina has been a member of First Baptist for 28 years. In addition to secretarial work and keeping the facilities clean, she has served faithfully as a Deacon’s wife and Sunday School teacher for our 1st-5th grade class. She has also served faithfully on various committees and ministry teams within the church.
